If there is ANY problem with your PERISHABLE ITEM that wasn’t due to negligence, you must notify us via email, text or phone within 24 hours of delivery.

- Shipping if FREE
- No Shipping On Weekends
- Shipments to Alaska only ship on monday thru thursday
- Note that storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, heavy winds, and other natural phenomena may impact the delivery services ability to deliver your package overnight
- Please review all order information (especially the shipping address) and contact us within 1 hour of the order being placed if any changes need to be made. If the order is delayed related to incorrect addresses, we are not responsible for the delay.
- Live Lobster are Perishable and should be cooked the day of delivery! If you choose to hold them overnight, it is at your risk.
- FedEx/UPS orders are released without a signature unless requested. If a signature is requested there will be a charge of $5.00 added to your order. Chase Lobster Co and FedEx will not be responsible for orders delivered to the requested address that are left unattended.
